The customer needed Integrator to develop an Automated batching system for truck loading and unloading. The customer also needed an automated ticketing system to streamline paperwork and track inventory levels.

  • Work with the owner to come up with a fully automated control system.
  • Develop a control system using Rockwell Automation PLC.
  • Use Inductive Automation (Igntition) software for customer interface and for Automated Ticketing System.
  • Build a new outdoor rated control enclosures to go on customer mobile skid.
  • Work with Owners Mechanical and Electrical Group to startup system in less than 1-week.
