    Greg Schoenemann started in the Industrial Controls industry in 1993. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution, he went to work as an outside salesperson for a services company. 17 years later he and his Partners formed ICS.     Grozio Grozev has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He moved to the Dallas area in 1999. Grozio has 20 years of experience in the industrial automation field with multiple companies (such as Nokia and Omron) which allowed him to develop a very diverse knowledge of the industry.
